Sarah
Joncas
Sarah Joncas is a 20 year old,
third year student of the Ontario
College of Art and Design. She has received 10
scholarships since 2005, including The Doris McCarthy Scholarship,
awarded for the top entrance portfolio. Sarah's artwork is
currently being shown by galleries in California, Seattle, Rome,
and soon, New York.
Ann
Kornuta
Ann Kornuta has been painting from
the time she could walk. Ann exhibits a natural talent which
continues to evolve and develop. Her paintings are very personal
and she has cultivated an extraordinarily faithful following.
Konstantin
Lomykin
Lomykin was
considered one of the best post-modern impressionists in the old
USSR. A brilliant
colourist his works demonstrate a courage and boldness all his
own. In 1993 at Art Expo in Manhattan, one of his paintings was
featured as the centerpiece of the show.
Peter
Markov
Peter Markov was born in 1962 in
Tula Russia. His parents were teachers. From an early age, Peter
showed a propensity for art and in 1980 entered the Muchina
Academy of Art and Design in St. Petersburg. After graduating in
1985, he started working with several galleries in St.
Petersburg which eventually gave him international notoriety. In
2002, Peter moved to the USA and has plied his trade there ever
since.

The
Dorland-Haight Galleries Inc. was
established some 25 years ago in Milton,
Ontario, Canada.
“The Gallery”, as it’s known
locally, deals in International and
local Canadian art. As an adjunct to
fine art, The Gallery offers archival
custom framing for which we’ve won
national competitions. We also offer a
conservation service that includes
cleaning and restoring oil and
watercolour paintings, restoration of
sculptures and paper substrates.
The Dorland-Haight Galleries, and our
affiliates, were among the first to
contract with the U.S.S.R. when
Gorbechov announced glasnost and
perestroika in 1985. Since that time
we have represented many highly
successful artists from Eastern Europe.
Today, The Gallery, offers art from
almost every corner of the globe.

applicable, and all work is guaranteed.

Alexei
Bazanov
was born in Saratov, Russia in 1959. He studied art in the
Saratov College of Fine Art. After
graduation, he entered the Repin Academy of Fine Art, Sculpture and
Architecture graduating in 1988. Since his graduation, his
work has developed an international following. His works are in
museums and galleries world-wide. |
Afanassi
Pud
Ewegeny Feinsilber was born in1951 in Saint-Petersburg Russia.
Pud (as he is known artistically) holds a PHD in mechanical
engineering and physics as well as a masters degree in fine art
all from the University of St. Petersburg. He was a full
professor at the university and a member of the space academy of
the USSR. |
